Notice: A Disaster Survivor Assistance (DSA) team from FEMA will be going door-to-door in Peacham over the next few days, canvassing homes to help impacted residents register for FEMA disaster assistance.
DSA teams can help survivors register for assistance, update their information and assist with referrals to voluntary agency partners. They may give residents the opportunity to use a tablet to register or offer to enter information on their behalf.

Flood recovery update: the Federal Disaster Declaration for the July 10th flooding event was approved for Individual Assistance (IA) for Caledonia County.
If you were impacted by the July 10th flood, you may be able to apply for Individual Assistance (IA) at https://www.disasterassistance.gov/ or by calling 800-621-3362.
Time-sensative notice:
Please email townclerk@peacham.org if you have any flood debris in the town’s right-of-way that you would like to have removed. The town is coordinating with the Department of Environmental Conservation to assist with debris removal.
If someone in your community is isolated or stranded by flood damage or unable on their own to seek needed assistance, please notify the SEOC by emailing dps.secc@vermont.gov or calling 800-347-0488.
SEOC teams will coordinate local and state resources and do their best to ensure these individuals are connected to appropriate assistance.
If you hear of any homeowners with needs and/or damaged infrastructure it is important that they call into 211.

This information collected is important in determining other Federal funding needs.
