Create Your Account
In order to schedule an appointment for a COVID vaccination or for COVID testing, Vermonters are required to create an account with the Department of Health. This is a very simple process that asks for some basic contact information. The Dept of Health recommends that you set up an account as soon possible. That way you will be ready to go when your age group is eligible to make appointment. If you can’t access the internet, you can reach their call center at 855-722-7878.
Phase Four Coming Soon!
Yesterday Gov Scott announced that Phase Four of COVID vaccinations – Vermonters age 65 and over – will be able to schedule appointments beginning on Monday, March 1. The first step is to create your account with the Dept of Health. Follow the link above to create your account.
We will confirm the March 1 date after the Governor’s press conference on Friday.
