On Friday night, we are encouraging people to watch the fireworks from their homes or other locations that have a good view of the village. For those coming near the firehouse to park, there will be parking on the green and additional parking behind the historic house ( in the field usually used for Pamfest and 4th of July).
On Saturday morning all roads leading to the green will be closed for the children’s bike parade from 9:30- 11:00 a.m. The signs will be at:
Intersection of Macks Mountain Rd & Maple Tree Lane
Intersection of Maple Tree Lane & Academy Hill
Intersection of Peacham/Danville Rd & Church Street
We recommend that parents with children in the parade plan to park behind the historic house, the post office, or the church that morning.
