The Peacham Emergency Management Team is trying to ensure that all our community members have what they need to enable them to stay home, whether sick or healthy. This Mutual Aid Form is one additional way Peacham community members can OFFER help or ASK FOR help – whether food, supplies, emotional support or other, even as we practice safe distancing.
Importantly, if you are worried about a neighbor, please do NOT name them on this form. Instead call 592-3218 or EMAIL covid@peacham.org so the information will remain private and confidential.
We will not use or share the info you provide for anything other than COVID-19 organizing. Your offer to help today does not commit you to do so, it just gives us information to work with. We all recognize that those who can help today might need help tomorrow, and vice versa!
