How to Make Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer is no longer a hard-to-get item. However, if you should want to make your own, here is a recipe:
Homemade Hand Sanitizer Recipe which comes to us from Mary Daly:
– 1 cup of isopropyl alcohol
– 1 teaspoon of a gel – glycerol or other moisturizer, aloe vera, warm honey or olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of water
Add ingredients in the order listed to a clean container, mixing with a spoon. If using honey, stir until it is completely dissolved. Keep out of reach of children and away from flames as the alcohol content will be 75%.
