Last winter’s terrible wind storms shredded the majestic White Pine trees in both of our cemeteries. The Cemetery Committee is asking for your help in a community-wide cleanup effort on April 22nd—Earth Day.

Garbage cans will be provided, or bring your own. Trailers will be there to accept the picked up branches, sprigs of needles, and hundreds (thousands) of pine cones which make good fire starters and kindling or art projects. Buckets will be provided for kids to participate. No leaf raking involved.

Meet at the monument area at the upper green starting at 9 Saturday morning. Rain date is Sunday the 23rd.

Our cemetery, the crown jewel of Peacham, needs and thanks you.
