Town Hall Renovation Update 3/21/24 – The Town of Peacham has recently received updated information regarding the systems they intend to install in the proposed renovation plan. Until we can determine whether this new information will impact the bid request documents, we are postponing the solicitation of bids until further notice. Please check back soon or contact us at townclerk@peacham.org to be notified once the bid solicitation has been re-posted.
- The Town of Peacham’s Selectboard will be soliciting bids for renovations to the Town Hall Building.
- The construction documents will be available at the Town of Peacham website at a later date, peacham.org/renovation. Notice of when documents can be viewed in the Town Clerk’s office will be re-posted.
- Prebid tours of the site will be held on a date to be determined. Bidders may inspect the site individually during the Town Clerk’s office hours.
